86碩士論文:三維結構形態最佳化設計之研究

  結構最佳化設計的領域包括結構尺寸最佳化設計、結構形態最佳化設計、結構形式幾何最佳化設計以及形式幾何最佳化設計與形態最佳化設計之整合等領域。本研究將先以自行車曲柄零件最佳化設計為研究基礎,熟悉三維尺寸與形態最佳化設計的研究方法,進而進行結構最佳化設計的研究,主要重點在於將二維形式幾何最佳化方法,擴展至三維平板結構,以及結構形式幾何最佳化設計與形態最佳化設計之整合程序。
  形式幾何最佳化設計與形態最佳化設計之整合,先進行形式幾何最佳化設計,再將其結果運用骨架判斷法則或密度等高線分佈法,轉換成形態最佳化設計所需要的初始形式幾何,以進行形態最佳化設計,成為一完整自動化程序。

General Research on Three-Dimensional Structural Shape Optimization

  The fields of structural optimization include sizing optimization,shape optimization, topology optimization and integrated topology and shape optimization. This thesis starts with shape optimization of a bicycle crank to introduce the methods of the three-dimensional sizing and shape optimization. Then it goes on with research in structural optimization design, which emphasiezes on extending the method of two-dimensional topology optimization methods to three-dimensional plate and the integrating procedure of structural topology optimization and shape optimization.
  To integrate topology optimization and shape optimization into an automated process, topology optimization is performed first, and the result from it is used to define the initial design model for shape optimization. A skeleton algorithm or a density contour distribution method is used to convert the topology result to the initial geometry for shape optimization.
