89碩士論文:防音防護具舒適性能評估研究

  防音防護具是重要的個人防護具,其主要作用為保護使用者聽力以避免遭受外界噪音傷害,對於保護勞工於高噪音環境下工作的聽力健康而言極為重要。因噪音對勞工聽力健康影 響甚大,政府已有法令明文規定出防音防護具之使用場合及必要性,但實際上可能因防音防護具帶給人體之不舒適感而降低勞工之佩戴意願。
  本研究希望確立明確舒適性能指標數值範圍,並具體提出增進防音耳罩舒適性能之解決辦法,進行防音耳罩舒適化改良工作,透過機構設計與振幅感度防音耳罩之設計提昇防音耳罩舒適性,以消除配帶不舒適感,進而增進勞工使用率。

Comfort Evaluation of Hearing Protectors

  Hearing protectors are very important in providing proper protection for workers’ hearing ability in noisy working environments. The government has established laws to enforce the wearing of hearing protectors in noisy working environments, however, the willingness of wearing hearing protectors depends heavily on whether it is comfortable wearing the hearing protector.
  The purpose of this project is to improve the comfort of hearing protectors. The indices of the comfort of hearing protectors have be measured by collecting ergonomics information and interviewing users and manufacturers. We have also designed procedures and experiments to measure these indices. Then we modify mechanism design of earmuffs and try to avoid over-protection in moderate noise.
