94碩士論文:可攜式遠距健康監測系統應用於日常生活活動監測之研究

  本研究在可攜式遠距居家照護監測系統(Portable Telehomecare-Monitoring System, PTMS)的架構下,結合分散式資料伺服器(Distributed Data Server, DDS)與各類非察覺式感測器,以無線射頻(radio frequency, RF)方式傳輸感測器訊號,建構一居家環境下之日常生活活動(Activities of Daily Living, ADL)監測系統,藉長期、自動化健康監測方式,來達到觀察ADL變化趨勢的目的。
  本研究並發展出一套比對當日ADL資料與歷史資料模式是否符合的分析方法,對於有時間模式的ADL資料以時間序列圖呈現,並以與歷史均線相比較的皮爾森相關係數作為指標;無時間模式的ADL資料則以ADL能量排序圖呈現,並以當日ADL資料與歷史資料之總能比與時間比(Time ratio)作為指標。

Enevelopment of a Portable Tele-homecare Monitoring System for Activities of Daily Living

  In this study, a monitoring system for long-term monitoring of activities of daily living (ADL) in the user’s home is constructed. This system integrates the distributed data server (DDS), ADL sensors, and wireless RF transmitters. The user can login the DDS to retrieve data and observe the trend of ADL variations.
  Analysis methods for ADL data are also developed to find whether the daily ADL data matches the pattern of historical data. For ADL data with time-pattern, the Pearson’s correlation factor of the daily ADL curve and the historical average curve is used as the index. For ADL data without time pattern, the data is displayed by ADL energy rank. The energy ratio and time ratio of the daily ADL and historical ADL data are used as indices.
