103碩士論文:嵌入式LED燈具散熱結構設計之研究與探討

照明用電佔電能源消耗最大宗,全球莫不竭盡所能研發更節能的照明產品,發光二極體(LED)便是其中之一。也因近年來世界各先進國家均竭盡所能的戮力於白光LED技術之精進與光效提升,進而使白光LED於近一二十年有爆發性的成長,其高發光效率及低耗電,逐漸被應用於照明之用途,並逐步取代傳統照明。目前市面上常見的LED照明商品有:手電筒、緊急出囗指示燈、手機閃光燈、車用頭燈、道路照明、室內一般照明等,其中室內一般照明又以球泡燈、燈管、投射燈、崁燈、吸頂燈及檯燈居多。 本研究目的,針對現有嵌入式LED燈具,進行散熱結構設計研究與探討,本研究將使用商用軟體ANSYS來建立有限元素分析模型,分析嵌入式LED燈具不同的散熱結構設計之溫度分佈,再以商用軟體GAMS進行迭代反覆分析,建立散熱結構最佳化設計模型,在最低生產成本的目標下求取嵌入式LED燈具最佳化散熱設計,使嵌入式LED燈具所產生之溫度降低至所需目標值,進而延長嵌入式LED燈具之使用壽命。

Research and discussion on thermal design of embedded LED lighting

Lighting electricity consumption accounted for the largest electric energy, the global do our best to develop more energy-efficient lighting products, Light Emitting Diode is one of them, also because of the advanced countries of the world in recent years, both do our best to do my best in sophisticated and luminous efficiency of white LED technology upgrading, so the white LED in nearly two decades has grown explosively. High luminous efficiency and low power consumption, gradually being applied to lighting purposes, and gradually replace the traditional lighting. Currently on the market there is a common LED lighting products:flashlights, emergency lights out imports, phone flash, car headlights, street lighting, indoor general lighting. indoor general lighting with bulb, lamp, lights, Recessed lights and table lamps majority. The purpose of this research, existing embedded LED lighting, for cooling structure design study and discussion. This study will use commercial software ANSYS finite element analysis model to build, analysis of embedded LED lamps of different cooling structure design temperature distribution. Then commercial software GAMS iterate repeated analysis, establish thermal structure optimized design model. At the lowest cost of production goals, embedded LED lighting strike optimized thermal design, so embedded LED lamps arising from temperature, reduced to the desired target, thereby extending the life of the embedded LED lamps.
