103碩士論文:量子玻管燒封口最佳化

本論文主要於研究量子點用玻管之燒結封口製程所使用的燃燒氣體流量最佳化,首先探討使用於燒結封口作業的燃燒氣體特性與燃燒型態,以及現在製程中所要克服的不良品問題,接著訂定實驗的設計需求與目標,再將成本函數作計算後,進而開始進行最佳化流量實驗。 選定一規格尺寸之玻璃管產品,並以現行可行之經驗參數作為實驗流量起始值,先以兩種混合氣體燃燒,找出良品可行的溫度範圍區間,再繪出流量溫度2維等高線圖,將成本函數繪於圖上找出最佳化最小值流量。 以最佳化最小值流量為實驗初始值,再用三種混合氣體燃燒作實驗,找出強健型最佳化流量,之後再導入另一規格尺寸玻管重複實驗予以驗證,以期建立出玻管搜尋最佳化流量之實驗模組幫助後續新規格玻管的最佳化流量搜尋

The sealing process optimization of Quantum Dot’s capillary

This thesis major for research sealing process combustion gases flow optimization of Quantum Dot’s capillary .at first we discuss combustion gases characteristic and type and must be solve defect’s problem that in this sealing process,than decision the design requires and target of experiment,after calculate cost function,begin combustion gases flow optimization experiment. Select one of size capillary product,using gas flow parameter of experience at present to be experiment starting parameter,at first using two gases to combustion,find the temperature’s feasible domain of qualified produce,and drawing 2 dimensional flow-temperature’s contour figure,than plot cost function on the contour figure to find optimal minimization flow parameter. Let optimal minimization flow parameter be experiment starting parameter,using three gases to combustion experiment,find the optimal robust flow parameter,than change another size of capillary product and do experiment again to verification,for expectation,build a experiment model to searching optimal combustion gases flow for new type capillary in the future.
