聯網架構應用於電動輪椅與智慧坐墊之開發

本研究目的開發低功耗藍牙資訊架構智慧感測坐墊,並透過聯網架構結合電動輪椅與電流感測器及感測坐墊,實現電動輪椅提供使用者各項資訊之物聯網應用。本研究研發產品特色:(1)於智慧坐墊使用低功耗藍牙資訊架構的廣播封包功能,將智慧坐墊之藍牙傳輸耗能減少增加裝置續航力,並以此架構實現感測器資訊提供給收訊環境中多個藍牙接收裝置的應用,同時使用G-Tech世大智科股份有限公司產品物聯網藍牙接收器(WhizConnect),接收智慧坐墊之使用者資訊藍牙封包,並以其聯網功能上傳接收資料至雲端伺服器,提供需求智慧坐墊資訊的物聯網裝置接收資料,完成將藍牙裝置納入物聯網應用的架構中的目的。(2) 本研究電動輪椅研發使用碳纖維骨架及輪轂馬達完成輪椅本體,並發展結合行動裝置之聯網電動輪椅控制架構,應用感測坐墊及電流感測器接收使用者資訊,再由電動輪椅之聯網晶片微處理器將收集之資訊上傳雲端伺服器,除了達到遠近端控制切換的優勢,更能應用感測器資訊聯網上傳功能,提供遠端照護者或其他需求資料之裝置接收乘坐時間、行駛狀態等資訊,達成感測器結合物聯網應用之「聯網輪椅(connected wheelchair)」的概念。

Development of a smart seat and an electric wheel chair based on the internet control structure

he purpose of the research is to develop the smart sensing seat integrated with Bluetooth Low Energy information structure and apply internet control structure to combine electric wheel chair with current sensor and sensing seat. With internet control structure application, the wheelchair can realize that the usage data of wheel chair user will be uploaded through the internet. There are two major development priorities in this design: (1) Smart seat apply advertising function of Bluetooth Low Energy. The smart seat can achieve lower energy consumption than establishing Bluetooth connection with Bluetooth advertising function. Furthermore, Bluetooth advertising function allows the device information provides to multiple Bluetooth receivers. This research uses the smart Bluetooth receiver (WhizConnect) from SEDA G-Tech Company to collect Bluetooth advertising data of smart the sensing seat. When the WhizConnect receives the latest data from smart seat it will upload the information to the cloud server. Any other smart device can request the data from the cloud server. This scenario demonstrates the application that brings Bluetooth device into the internet of things structure. (2) This research using carbon fiber material and hub-motor to complete electric wheelchair body and integrating the network chip microprocessor with the wheelchair to be the internet control structure. With this structure, the electric wheel chair can collect sensing seat and current sensor data to upload it to the cloud server. The smart mobile device can update the latest information from the electric wheel chair. In addition to receiving sensor data, the smart mobile device are allowed to send the control command to the electric wheel chair as the wheel chair control structure of internet of things. If any other smart devices need the data, can also request it from the cloud server. This research demonstrates the sensor application with the internet of things concept as connected wheelchair
