活動感知床墊WhizPad感測器開發及商品化

離床通報是現今養護機構及醫療院所中非常重要的需求。無論在養護機構或是醫療院所中,住民管理通常是以「床位」為基本單位。對於無法自主行動、需長期臥床的高齡住民而言,床的角色更是重要,幾乎是生活環境的一切。養護機構中高齡住民的監測與照護,很自然地也以「床」為中心思考。 本研究主要目的是活動感知床墊WhizPad的感測器開發與商品化,並針對新式感測器搭配機器學習方式建立睡姿判讀模型並編譯於控制晶片中。商品化過程中,將WhizPad更換成藍牙模組晶片並搭配物聯網藍牙接收器達成物聯網功能,也在韌體方面重新測試WhizPad的睡姿監測功能演算法。除了原本既有的臥離床判別功能之外,並增加偵測左、右側躺的功能,完成一套有人體睡姿監測系統商品化物聯網床墊。

Development of the WhizPad’s sensor and Commercialization

Nowadays, notification of bed leaving is the most important requirement for hospitals and care institutions, both of them always manage patients or elders based on bed. Bed becomes more important for the people who needs helps from other one or elders, it is almost everything for their life. Therefore, more and more programs which created from hospital or care institutions are naturally based on bed. The purpose of this research is development of WhizPad’s sensor and commercialized. Use machine learning to build a model tree with new sensors, and code in control box of WhizPad. During commercialized, we change WiFi module to Bluetooth module chip for control box, and combine IoT Bluetooth receiver to achieve IoT ability, also change algorithm judgement of sleeping posture. Besides that, we increase new function to detect left or right lying down. Finish an IoT mattress with detecting sleeping posture function.
