智慧照護產品使用者經驗設計與實務應用

智慧照護產品至今尚未廣泛應用在高齡者生活與照護輔助,高齡者需求和現有智慧科技照護產品似乎還存在明顯落差。智慧照護產品應該以「人」的需求導向而非技術導向,須先以「設計思維」為考量而不是「技術思維」優先。本研究針對「智慧照護產品」,進行以「使用者經驗」為核心考慮之下游階段設計,從實際產品開發過程中,體驗並整理如何提升智慧照護產品對於使用者的易用性與好感度。本研究首先以WhizConnect 物聯網藍牙接收器為例,進行智慧照護產品介面設計探討,以WhizToys 天才巧拼遊戲為例,進行智慧照護產品包裝設計探討,以Zenbo 華碩機器人為例,進行智慧照護產品使用者經驗測試。最後本研究以WhizTouch天才呼叫鈴為例,整合介面設計、包裝設計、到使用者經驗測試的整體流程。

Smart care products user experience design – learning from practical application

Smart care products have not been widely used in the care of older adults. There seems to be a significant gap between the needs of older adults and the existing smart technology care products. Smart care products should address the needs of people rather than technology. It is necessary to use “designer mentality” rather than “technologist mentality” when developing those products. Centered around “user experience design”, this research explores the downstream stage design of smart care products. From the experience of practical product development process, this research organizes how the ease of use and favorability of smart care products for users can be improved through UI, packaging, and user experience design. This research first uses the WhizConnect IoT Bluetooth Receiver as an example to discuss the interface design of smart care products. Then WhizToys serious game is used as an example to discuss the packaging design of smart care products. The companion robot Zenbo is used as an example for user experience test of smart care products. Finally, WhizTouch IoT call button is used to integrate the overall process of interface design, packaging design, and user experience testing.
